Payment Options
We accept the following forms of payment:

Paypal (most convenient and secure way of payment)

Internet/ATM fund transfer (From Singapore bank accounts only)

Cheques (must be drawn on a Singapore bank and must have your name imprinted at the bottom of the cheque)

Cash (only for face-to-face orders)
Cancellation Terms
For all customised or bespoke orders, once your order is finalised, we would require a deposit of at least 50% of the price quoted for the particular order before we will start work on making your jewellery. The outstanding balance shall be due when we notify you that your order is ready for delivery or collection.
Should you cancel your order for any reason, any deposit already paid to us shall not be refunded.
Should you wish to amend your order, no change fees are payable but a top-up may be required depending on whether we will in fact incur more costs to meet your new requirements (e.g. if you wish to change your gemstones from amethysts to diamonds, or if the wax model of your jewellery is already made but you wish to amend the design such that we will have to remake the wax model).
While we will try our very best to meet your requirements, we have the absolute discretion to not allow for amendments to be made to your order, especially where the amendments requested are not or no longer practicable.
